Across 2022 we successfully completed works for 120 clients in the Property Management sector.

We successfully deliver upgrade and cyclical maintenance contracts in the private property sector including Redecorations, Flooring, Passive Fire and Multi-Disciplinary Fabric upgrades for clients throughout the UK.

Our client base is varied from large multi-national surveying and building management companies through to small block managers and independents set up to manage their own property. Our property management contracts include Remus, Savills, Firstport, Speirs Gumley, Trinity Estates, Knight Frank. We offer several costing solutions, from fixed price projects to 10-year maintenance agreements and provide property management services from single buildings through to large-scale developments.

We prioritise direct and local employment, minimising the use of subcontractors to specialist areas only so that we can be sure our property management contracts are carried out to the highest levels of quality and satisfaction. Our recruitment strategy focuses on engaging all individuals, removing as many potential barriers as possible. All employees are enrolled in a robust training and development plan where their individual needs, requirements and desires are identified and addressed.

We work closely with our suppliers to maximise the positive impact our work has on each local community.

We work with local people to set up their own businesses, obtain accreditations and support the ongoing training of their staff. We also work closely with existing SMEs to build and develop their knowledge and skills. Many of our subcontractors have grown alongside us, reinvesting money into their local area.

As 70% of our property management works are in or around occupied properties we are well versed in effective communication. We tailor our service to minimise resident disruption with consistent and timely communications at the centre of every project.

Our established ISO9001, 14001 and 45001 accredited processes ensure quality, minimise environmental impact and safeguard building users and our staff through high levels of health & safety at all stages of our works. All operatives working within this sector are DBS checked and cleared.
