We work for over 80 Local Authorities UK-wide, delivering a range of maintenance and refurbishment works each year,

With over 30 years’ experience working in partnership with local authorities, we understand the importance of delivering works to strict timescales and budgets, whilst maintaining the highest levels of health and safety and quality. With 75% of our revenue coming through public contracts, local government has always been at the heart of our business.

We have long-standing relationships with Local Authorities throughout the UK. Our experience includes the delivery of a wide range of maintenance and refurbishment works to:

  • Housing
  • Schools
  • Libraries
  • Offices
  • Care homes
  • Museums
  • Bridges
  • Parks
  • Open spaces
  • Street furniture

We work in close collaboration with each Local Authority to deliver the highest levels of quality, whilst minimising our disruption to staff, building/space users and members of the public.

Maintaining assets in an efficient and cost-effective manner.

We understand the need to achieve value for money and maintain assets in the most cost-effective manner. We work closely with clients to drive value engineering and provide efficiencies. For example, we work with Local Authorities to review the energy efficiency to promote leaner running costs or working with our supply chain to identify alternative products with longer lifecycles, reducing maintenance costs.

Working with Local Authorities to assist them in meeting their net zero targets.

We recognise the importance of our role and responsibility in contributing to a sustainable environment. That is why we work in partnership with our clients to reduce the impact of our work on the environment, identifying to reduce waste, carbon emissions and energy consumption on every project.

We have a deep understanding of our client’s legislative obligations and commitments gained over many years.
