Apprentices play an integral role in bringing fresh ideas and a valuable perspective to our business, enabling the next generation of skilled employees. In recognition of this factor, Bell Group have introduced the Aspiring Leaders Programme.
A programme designed and developed to support the progression of those apprentices who wish to aim higher and become future Supervisors and Managers of the business. This opportunity is open to all Bell apprentices who have completed a minimum of 2 years on a recognised Apprenticeship Programme with us and meet the specified criteria.
