Mid Devon District Council replacement of kitchens and bathrooms, including the upgrading of the electrical circuits to its homes, throughout the district.
The requirements of the project include complete refurbishment of kitchens and bathrooms across the Mid Devon geography.
A summary of the works includes (but is not limited to) kitchen and bathroom strip outs, electrical rewiring, kitchen and/or bathroom installation, plumbing, carpentry. tiling, flooring and decoration. Some internal reconfiguration of the property as directed by the Council, overhauling and/or replacing of internal doors, architraves, new skirting boards alongside decorations and the replacement of additional flooring.
All properties will be occupied throughout the duration of the works, consideration was implemented with reference to the vulnerable, elderly and disabled residents, with emphasis on the safe segregation from the occupants of the property to the working area. These procedures also catered for children and pets.
