The project

Mobilising in 2022 and in partnership with Progress Housing for 10 years, Bell Group provide a mix of Repairs, Voids & Capital works to Progress’ out of area housing across the UK

As principal contractor, our direct delivery team provide a complete internal & external repairs service 365 days per year though our core out of hours and emergency teams. We take a preventative approach to what is essential a reactive service through early identification of failing components or assets to reduce the demand upon the service, ultimately to ensure the resident’ homes are safe, comfortable, and fit for purpose.

Bell also deliver electrical upgrade and rewires, heating system & Boilers replacements, property adaptations, wet rooms and disrepair works. In addition to our capital works delivery teams which include major structural works, internal & external refurbishments, roof, window & doors replacements, kitchen and bathrooms upgrades and decorating services, including specialist treatments for damp & mould.
