Bell Decorating Group were successfully awarded the tender to externally redecorate and repair works to Christ’s College.

External repair and redecoration works to the student accommodation and the Boat House. With the accommodation being a listed building, there was emphasis places on pre paint timber repairs and joinery repairs. We understand the importance of the work we do, we take pride in being able to deliver a high volume of work to a high standard meeting client requirement.

Added Value

Bell Group demonstrated value for money to the client through innovation on paint specification, the paint which was specified guaranteed quality and longevity for 5 years minimum. Along with innovative access solutions, overcoming issues, saving on costs and reducing work duration. Along with demonstrating strength in resources and flexibility to complete works within time frame. Client has advised that based on our excellent quality, delivery and service we will be invited to tender for future projects.

Bell Group were tasked to complete these works within strict time frame. This was due to the university being closed for summer and then reopening when the new academic year begins. However even though the university was closed and the accommodation was not as usual full capacity, the accommodation was still in use and Bell Group carried out works in a live environment. Due to Bell Group’s flexibility and strength in resources, we were able to successfully carry out works in the strict time frame.
