We deliver cyclical redecorations to the interior and exterior of general needs and supported housing stock on a national basis. Works include:
- Pre-paint Repairs
- External painting
- Internal painting to all communal areas
- uPVC repairs and replacements
- Fencing repairs and replacements
The annual programme contains over 2,000 properties; therefore, it is fundamental that works are managed effectively. To achieve this, works are overseen by our Key Account Manager who works closely with our 10 branches throughout the UK. This ensures we deploy local teams, minimising travel and ensuring a positive impact to local communities.
Upon receipt of the annual address list, we worked closely with Golden Lane Housing to agree our delivery programme. This was achieved by surveying all properties upfront to gather a detailed understanding of the full scope of works. From this, all properties were costed to ensure we minimise variations whilst ensuring we allocate sufficient resources to achieve the programme within the financial year. The programme considers the location of each property, the extent of works required, and number of resources needed to complete the works.
