Project Description
Approximately 3000 properties, we currently deliver responsive repairs for all trades.
Bell carry out approx. 200 Voids per annum, these properties are are unfit for occupation and require extensive refurbishment before release to tenants in and around Ayrshire & Dumfries. The time critical nature of the service required means close regular collaboration between Bell & Riverside is essential.
Alongside Responsive and Void works we carry out major planned works, Kitchens, Bathrooms and Medical adaptations.
This includes:
- Repairs include plumbing, carpentry, plasterwork and other finishes, repairs.
- Vacant properties (VOIDS) void cleaning, clearance and redecorating and waste disposal.
- Electrical upgrades and tests.
- Plumbing upgrades
- Heating and boilers replacements.
- Redecoration
- Kitchens, Bathrooms & Medical Adaptions
