The project

Following a competitive National tender exercise Bell Group UK secured for Internal decorations and flooring as per the specifications on the tender.  The works were carried out to an approved and agreed standard, and approved product specifications and colours, within these works test rooms for approvals were agreed at various locations prior to the main works schedule being carried out. Unite require phased partial hand over of areas during the works to allow final cleaning, the programme for this was agreed with the Life Cycle Project Manager and City Managers. Unite advised that some site properties would be in occupation by their residents so efforts to minimise the disruptions were made.

For this contract we delivered the preparation painting, decorating and flooring works including the supply of all necessary ‘strip-out works, disposal of arising’s, preparation, materials, plant, labour, protection materials required to carry out the works known as ‘Life Cycle Works’.
