Project Overview

As a market leader in the UK’s commercial property services sector, we were chosen by housing provider LiveWest to deliver a major energy efficiency retrofit to 120 occupied homes in St. Ives, Cornwall. Our selection was based on our TrustMark accreditation, proven delivery record, and reputation for innovative, solution-focused works in complex environments as well as our understanding of the SHDF Wave 2 funding model. The project also demonstrated our technical expertise in key upgrade measures such as external wall insulation and Cornwall ventilation solutions tailored to coastal properties.

• Strategic Material Management: To tackle national supply chain issues, we leveraged long-standing supplier relationships, ensuring materials arrived on schedule.
• Tourism-Season Readiness: Understanding the area’s seasonal dynamics, we scheduled and completed major works ahead of the summer influx, avoiding disruption.
• Site Logistics: With limited on-site space, we partnered with a local sports club to use their facilities for off-site storage, enabling a streamlined daily delivery system that maintained site efficiency.
