Fire Remedial Works and Fire Door Replacement

The Project
Scope of the Fire Door Works include but are not limited to:
- Fire door set replacement.
- Ease and adjustment of fire doors.
- Replacement of door closers.
- Installation of automatic door closers.
- Installation of new and replacement of intumescent seals to fire doors.
- Replacement of vision panels to fire doors.
- Installation of fire door signage.
- Repairs to fire doors.
- Replacement of ironmongery to fire doors.
- Redecoration works to fire doors.
Clients request for preferred use of public transport – because of tool requirements, we have implemented some shared vehicle initiatives (we utilise one company vehicle within each area of works in the form of a crew bus which holds up to 6 operatives and materials required.) and have made oysters cards available to operatives.
About The London Legacy Development Corporation
The London Legacy Development Corporation’s aim is to create a vibrant and active Park: one that is fully connected with the surrounding communities; a place that acts as a catalyst for wider regeneration in east London; and a location where sport, leisure, culture, education, family housing and peerless transport connections will create a new and integrated piece of London.
To this end, the London Legacy Development Corporation is developing the Park to provide a focus for a sustainable legacy that will contribute significantly to the regeneration of the Lower Lee Valley. The London Legacy Development Corporation is also responsible for the development of a number of other sites situated in the eastern part of London.
The Project aims to provide fully compliant fire doors to 3 Mills Studios, Three Mills Lane. All works are to adhere to current legislation and need to be in keeping with the buildings.
