The Project

Bell were invited to tender for works of  internal painting for approximately 100 new build 2 . 4 and 4 bedroom house on Mulberry Homes new scheme in Lutterworth. Based on Cyril Johns previous experience, cost and resources we were contracted to carry out works over the next three years on all house on this scheme £150k per phase.

As there is always very tight deadline on completion of these works, we appoint an onsite contracts manager to manage the works, all projects have a strict timeframe as works and need to be completed as programme. Health and safety is also high on the agenda as we are working on a live building site.

We will take ownership as soon as the plastering contractor has completed, we will apply mist coats to all areas and then 2 / 3 coats of matt emulsion to all ceiling and wall areas. Once all areas are dry we will complete works with undercoat and gloss to all woodwork. Cyril John will offer an after care service to all of our new build clients for any defects that arise through building defects.
