Commercial Team – Lead Quantity Surveyor & Commercial Administrator
Our Commercial Team keep our projects on track, on budget, and support our Operational Teams to deliver. As Quantity Surveyor, you’ll manage costs, contracts, and report across our response maintenance and asset management programmes. Meanwhile, our Commercial Administrators make it all happen behind the scenes by providing support on documentation, finances, and records. Together, you’ll help Bell deliver work you’re proud of while protecting value for the business.
Scheduling Assistants
Keep our teams moving and our projects on track. You’ll coordinate jobs across response maintenance and asset management, making sure the right work goes to the right teams. By supporting efficient workflows, you’ll help us deliver timely, reliable service our customers can count on.
Trades Team – Plumbers, Plasterers, Multi-Trades, Electricians, Joiners
Your skills make the difference. From fixing a leak to transforming a home, our tradespeople bring quality, pride, and professionalism to every job.
